DIABETES SELF-MANAGEMENT CLASSES
Let us give you the tools you need to take control and manage your diabetes. Diabetes self-management education is a key component in this process. We encourage you to learn how to take care of your body and live life to the fullest!

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people with diabetes by providing up-to-date diabetes information through our education program. Our association provides an established diabetes education program that is recognized by the American Diabetes Association and taught by a registered nurse and dietitian who are both certified diabetes educators.
